Before college Jim Jacobson served as 1st mate on John Wayne's yacht Wild Goose. The Duke remains a top movie star icon and inspires our company to this day. Jim-Duke honors a great boss and believes, like he did, in liberty and individual responsibility.

In 1982 Jim paid $1,000 for a rundown farmhouse near the Seattle airport. It was moved to a new lot, restored and sold. Three decades on, our crews have designed, built and restored scores of cost-effective, award-winning homes (click HOUSES tab). We've produced value for clients, meaningful jobs, payrolls and contributed to the tax base.
